Unfortunately I am caught up in the awful web of payday loans and its killing me. I'd like to know if there is a way out of these things without prosecution? Have you heard of any type of payment arrangements to get out of these things? I pay so much everymonth on these things in interest fees I could pay the loans off. But I also have to pay my monthly bills too. Who can I go to?

There may be several options available to you to resolve this situation. One would be to negotiate with each creditor. Other options depending on your financial situation would possibly be a bankruptcy filing. Please contact me to fully explore all of your options.
