Legal Question in Disability Law in Ohio

geting help for my son

i need help to for my son. i am disabled as well and funds are very tight. i have tried on my own for several years to get him disability but nothing has happened yet. he is now 8 and still nothing. my main concern is that he might have to have heart surgery again in the next coming years due to swelling that hasn't went down yet. and has to take blood pressure medication for the rest of his life. i fear that as he gets older he won't be able to get insurance and won't be able to have surgery or even buy his medicine. the doctors already tried taking him off his blood pressure medicine and he had a small stroke. so this can never be stopped again. i really need help. he is very energetic and loving. be deserves the best i can do for him. i just beg for your help to help my son.

Re: geting help for my son

You don't say your son's age. If he is a minor have you approached Warren County's Children's Services of Health & Human Services regarding the Catastrophic Illness in Children Relief Fund?
