Injured at the Post Office/Discrimination

I was injured while at work at the Cincinnati Oh. Post Office,Due to overloaded equiptment,misloaded equiptment,15 oct.2005,I can no longer do my job as a driver and have been denied other jobs in the Post Office,due to my accident.I am a Disabled Veteran.this Injury has cost me overtime and financial hardship.What can I do?
