Are Chapter 13 payroll deductions (for the monthly payment) pre-tax deductions? Our attorney said yes, but my employer hasn't been deducting the amount 'pre-tax'.

Court ordered withholdings are based on disposable earnings, which is total earnings minus taxes minus retirement.
