Credit card payments of medical bills

If you live in the Southern District of Ohio, you may well be in trouble because the bank-ruptcy judges in this district are averse todischarge large credit card debts. I wouldsuggest a Chapter 13 in which your credit cardand medical bills will be unsecured debts andyou can pay less than 100% of what you owe andstill get a discharge.
