Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
I want to file bancruptcy but i have a second property that my parents left to my and my brother. my brother quick claimed the house to me . my brother owned federal and state taxes at time am i responsible for his taxes

It's hard to answer that question without knowing all the facts in your case. It may be that timing the filing of your bankruptcy could be really important in keeping the second property.
