we came into a large amount of money 2 years ago, gave son a gift of 5000..we are in Ohio, what would be the look back on this, would it be a gift or a conveyence? at thta time we never expected to be filing for bankruptcy, we just started to have financial problems this nov. Our plan is to file ch7 in march2010.thank you
