Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Ohio
Qualifications
I need to file chapter 7 as soon as possible. Besides all my numerous debts, I have fallen behind in my home taxes. I was told that I can't file chapter 7 until my house taxes are paid. I owe $2000.00 on the taxes now. Can you tell me if this is true?
