Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
we bought movies presumably stolen
we own a video store. we buy used dvds. about 5
weeks ago we bought some dvds from a repeat
customer. today we had a lady come in and claimed
they were stolen from her and sold to us. she was
talking about getting the police involved. we think the
problem lies with her and her friend. we did not
knowingly do this. what actions should we take?

I would contact your seller, and question them thoroughly as to the circumstances. Then, just tell the police the truth, if they talk to you.
