buy and resale?
I want to start a business selling screen printed clothing and accessories, is that legal is I buy wholesale brand clothing, print on it, and sell?

There are many issues here. For starters, it depends on the clothing themselves, and whether the brand is readily recognizable. Also depends what you are printing on the clothes. One option is to try and get a release from the brand so allow you to do this, but again that would depend on the brand and on what you are printing.
