Do verbal contracts have a maximum limit of $500 in Ohio?

If the verbal contract was witnessed by another party does the amount increase?

Re: Verbal Contracts

I don't believe there is any limit based on amount. There are other limitations. The fact that it was witnessed by another party goes to evidence. If you truly have a contract you want to enforce, you have not given enough information for an answer. If you would like to discuss it further, please feel free to contact me.
