tanning salon mishap
While undressed in a tanning salon room a man put a mirror over the wall of my room enabling him to see me nude. The cops were called and report taken. Do I have a right to take action against the salon for building their rooms with such a lack of privacy?

You probably have a claim against the salon for an invasion of your privacy in a forseeable manner and their failure to protect that privacy.
Unless you are Anna Nicole Smith, however, I would not expect a great deal of money.
