Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio
Unlawful Detainment
Can store security detain a person and search there purse, because they thought this person was with a group persons 45 min. earlier who had stole items. My relative was not with anyone but her family and child who had only been in the store 20 minutes. They were the only african americans in the store
