Changing things
I work for a large computer company, which I have noted that when a system certain system comes in for service and a Motherboard and CPU need to be changed, It is not always replaced with the same CPU and is not told to the client, Is that legal?

No, it's fraudulent. Even if the customer is getting a BETTER unit than she had before, the company has no business tampering with customer property.
