Legal Question in Technology Law in Ohio

I have graphics that I developed that were stolen my another company

I am starting a website company and agreed to develop a web site for a company. I posted the site on a test site so they can see the progress, but when i went to there website I noticed the took all my graphics and created there own site. I have the origianl files backed up on a cd-rom, and they are date stamped with the day I created them, I also have all the files needed to create the graphics as well as the original website in question.

My question is can I get back my original works that I have created? I sent them a letter (email) stating that they are mine, and asked for payment or removal.... I am still waiting for an answer, but want to get all bases covered in case we have a problem.

They are in violation of your copyrights. Time to get the briefcases in a circle (or at least send a CEASE & Desist letter from an attorney.)

Let me know if you wish my assistance.

I would want to review any written agreement you might have with the infringing company.
