Internet-based prostitution in Ohio

Is online payment for planned sexual contact between people of legal age that are both residents of Ohio? Where can I read more about these state laws?

Not only would the described conduct violate State criminal laws, it would be a violation of Federal law since it uses interstate communications devices (phone lines, ISP connections etc.)/

I agree; it is illegal under most state and federal laws. You'd both need to be in the few US locations where prostitution is legal for this to be legal.
