about abuse laws mental and or physical and or sexual

was seually and physicaly abused as a child recently had repressed memery syndrome and diagnosed with mpd was very angry when i tried to prosicute the perpetrater to find out our ststem that was designed to protect and serve the victime in all reality is designed to protect the perpetrater i am serching on how i can go about trying to get some laws passed to help all the now adults that not only are just remembering what had happened to them but also the ones who have always known there has to be somthing i can do to help myelf and others in my sittuation plus i would like to get better awareness out in my country help protect children from liveing a life of

turmoil iffin you can help give me some advise it would be greatly appreciated

Your best avenue of attack is through the legislature. Some states have passed such laws (like Missouri) only to have the struck down by the Courts on due process grounds.
