Entrapment
i was driving through a town and i saw a sign that said 40mph so i started to gain speed then i saw a cop on the right side of the road with no lights on and he was parked on private property he pulled me over for speeding because i was still in a 25mph zone. Was it entrapment?

No. Entrapment occurs when the police pressure someone into committing a crime he otherwise would not have committed. In your case all the police did was see you speeding; they did nothing that caused you to break the law.
