can a senator or congressman of the US House of Reps or Senate subscribe to a secondary oath that could supersede or circumspect their original oath of office in that capacity?

The oath a senator or representative takes is mandatory. If an officeholder is unwilling to honor that oath (whether or not she has taken another oath) then she should resign. She is not excused from performing her duties just because she made a conflict oath to someone else.
