verbal contract
When I bought my car from a dealershop they assured me that all the belts were recently changed and there was no problems with the car. That was 3 weeks ago, since then I had to get a belt fixed ($130) and now I have to get new CV-joints. Does the verbal contrat that they told me everything was in top shape with the car entitle them to repairing the car at their expense? Or is this verbal contract of the car being in great shape worhtless?
Re: verbal contract
Verbal contracts are fully enforceable in the law. Proving them is often quite difficult.
