Re: roofing job

Dear Homeowner: First, and foremost, obtain each inspection contractors' WRITTEN and SIGNED and NOTARIZED statements of what they found, and when, together with their written estimates of the cost to repair the improperly performed work. Next, retain competent legal counsel, experienced in construction matters, to advise you, represent you, and to contact your deceitful roofing contractor. This Attorney should also ascertain whether or not your roofer is collectible, otherwise, why waste even more time, emotion and money chasing a thief?

Next time, retain an Attorney first, to prepare the contract documents before you sign or pay one buffalo nickel!!!

Good luck.

Sincerely, J. Norman Stark
