Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
me and my ex boyfriend bought a truck together, but he was just the co-signer the truck is in my name but he pays for it. legally who has rights to the truck? could i take the truck from him?

Dear Truck Owner: As the titled owner, you have the right to the possession, physical control and enjoyment of the truck. Your significant other is merely responsible for making the payments if you do no do so.
