my car dealer ship told me my car loan was approved and that i could come in and sign the papers to get my car about 2 to 3 weeks later they called and said it was not approved and that i needed to bring in another bank statement and re sign all the papers if i would have known it was not approved i would have signed anything is there anything i can do

In Ohio, the dealership may have violated the Consumer Sales Practices Act by making a false statement while selling you the car to the effect that your financing had been approved when it had not been approved. Further, unless you signed some sort of "spot delivery" agreement then their attempt to force you to go with another lender is likely a violation as well. Without seeing the papers, I can't say for sure.

You should call your local city or county bar association and ask for a referral to an attorney in your area who does consumer law claims and purchase an hour of his or her time to look over your papers with you.
