New car leaks
My 2002 expensive car was defective and allowed water to flood the floorboard in the interior. It took the dealer 3 days of pouring water in it to find the leak which allowed a huge amount of water to sit in my car for many days. It took them over 23 days to fix the leak and put in new carpet, but I do not feel that is sufficient. Water lurks in places not seen and mold and rust love moisture. Did I mention I have leather interior? I feel my car is ruined, and also feel I deserve a replacement vehicle. What are my chances?
Re: New car leaks
If the car is new in other words one year old and 18,000 milesor less then the vehicle may qualify as a lemon. Feel free to call me or e mail me. Depending on the type of vehicle, you may need to first do arbitration through the better business bureau.
Good Luck!!!
