How do I respond to a summons for payment of a debt I don;t owe? I can't afforn an attorney?

deny that fact in writing repeatedly...they ultimately have the right to sue you, and you will continue to respond to the court at that point, and always in writing. feel free to contact me directly...216.952.1990
