Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio

home improvement contract

I hired a company to insulate my existing home for 3300 dollars. they were supposed to do the walls from outside and blow cellulose in the attic. They drilled 3

'' holes in all my walls, injected enough foam to have it appear they filled my walls, then patched the holes and left. They never touched the attic, my walls are still empty, and now my walls need extensive repair and repainting. What can I do?

Re: home improvement contract

You can sue them if you can find them and they are not judgement proof. You may also have some recourse through the Ohio Attorney General. Feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss further. Best regards, Edward DiCato
