Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio

scam

I ordered a computer from circuitmicro they took out 498.oo for a down payment out of my checking account 2 weeks later they took out another 498.oo which caused me to balance checks, I called them and they said it would cost me another 50.oo to cancle the order, so I did that, at that time they promissed me a full refund of my balanced check fees and the 498 X 2. I have not gotten a penny from them, now they are deducting my checking account for the monthly fee of $63.37, I have no computer and no check, I have contacted the bank and they want me to close my account, but I have other checks out that I have written, what can I do with this company, i can not find an address but I do have a phone number, this is right before christmas and I am unable to do christmas shopping and have missed out on great deals because I can not write checks and I have no money, what can I do against this company?Help

Re: scam

Well, there's probably almost nothing you can do in the short term (to help with Christmas shopping) to get your money back. However, you could sue them for the money, interest, and other damages. I did some quick research and here is their address:

CircuitMicro.com, Inc.

4362 Saddlehorn Way

Oceanside, CA 92057

The agent (contact person of the corporation) is Radomil Jurasek (at the same address above).

You should know that currently, the corporate filing of this company is SUSPENDED. This does not automatically mean anything, but looks a little questionable, since they should probably not be doing business if it's suspended.

Either way, you should contact an attorney to go forward. Good Luck!
