Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

Ok guys please help me I am new with this law stuff. My boyfriend leased a motorcycle and I signed for it as the cosigner. It has been 2 years and he has not made any payments on it. They repossessed it and it is on my credit report. If I take him to court will they be able to take it off my credit report?

You can take him to court for the money you have had to pay for the motorcycle, if you have had to pay any. But, it is unlikely that it will be removed from your credit report because you agreed to take on the debt if he did not pay.

Have you had to pay anything towards this motorcycle?

I would love to assist you with this situation in any way that I can. Feel free to contact me, free of charge, at either [email protected] or at 330-447-7634.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
