Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

I lost my job last year due to company going out of business, I have been trying to keep up on my bills, but just can not pay for my wifes and my car any more, if I were to turn them in voluntarily is there any way to not be liable for the balance on them? I did bankrupcy in '03 and it was discharged. Thanks

The company would need to take them back in order for you to do this. They may or may not be willing to. If they do you would still be liable for any balance above what the car is worth.

Feel free to contact me, free of charge, at [email protected] or at 330-447-7634. I am happy to help in any way that I can.

Thank you and have a great day.
