Someone owes me money

I have a person that owes me $4000 from about 3 - 4 years ago. I have a fax he sent me then showing what he agreed he owed me. He lives in CA. and this bill accured in Dayton, Ohio. I live in Columbus, Ohio now what do I need to do to get my money back with help of the court. He is a wealthy man and he knows I can't afford an attorney?

Call an attorney in your area and ask if he will accept the matter on a contingency basis. If you do not know who to call contact your local bar association. They will refer you to someone.
