What is the process for answering a judgement filed against you in municiple court.

Answering a complaint or judgment? If a judgment has been rendered it means that it is a final order of the court. Accordingly, if a judgment has been rendered, you cannot "answer" it, but you'll have to make a motion to the court that they should set aside the judgment and allow you to answer the original complaint.
