Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

I was recently in a car accident in which it was my fault. I did not have insurance at the time and now I have a bill of $4,400 dollars. I'm only 18. I'm still in high school and work like 20 hours per week. I can't afford this. What are my options?

If you can't pay the demand upfront or enter into an arraignment to make periodic payments on the demand, you'll likely be sued for the amount they're seeking to recover. If they get a judgment against you, it's likely they'll garnish your wages/bank account until the amount is satisfied.
