Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

Spouse and I are under an LLC for rental home properties. Won judgment for $3600 for past due rent. Do I have to go through an attorney to process a Bank Levy/Bank Garnishment? Currently only one of the individuals work; the other receives unemployment (which to my understanding is exempt). Please advise if I need Legal Counsel to proceed with Garnishing Bank Account or am I/spouse able to complete on our own?

In Ohio the general rule is that you can represent yourself in court, but if you are attempting to represent another person or another entity (like an LLC) then you have to have a license to practice law in the State of Ohio. So you would need an attorney.
