Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

In 2006 I was charged with pandering obscenity code 2907.32. This is my first and only felony charge. It was an F5. I am having a hard time gettting a job and I would like to have my records sealed. I see that in ohio if you have 3907.321, 2907.322, or 2907.323, you can not have your record sealed. Does my 2907.32 count as on one of these? Can anyone give me any advice.

A 2907.32 conviction can be expunged. But, in order to get this 2907.32 conviction expunged, you need to qualify as a first time offender in Ohio. That means that you can't have any other felony convictions, plus no misdemeanor convictions, excluding minor misdemeanors. Basically, if you have a first, second, third or fourth degree misdemeanor conviction, you won't be eligible to expunge the 2907.32. Even if you do have misdemeanors, you should still look into your eligibility for expungement by checking with an attorney. Good luck.
