my 16 year old daughter
There is a 23 year old man from my daughters church that has her thinking he is her boyfriend. I have found emails from HER to HIM that talk about how much she loves him and how he is her boyfriend, but don't have anything from HIM to HER. I thaught I had it stoped, I even sent him a letter reminding him how wrong and iligal it was and that he needed to be the adult and distance himself from her. Then I recently found a cell phone he has given her to call him with. Is there anything I can do about this man?

Since your daughter is 16 she is of legal age to consent to sex, so unless he is contributing to her delinquency he isnt doing anything illegal.
