Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

i am a 16 year old in ohio and was charged with grand theft auto april 3rd a month before i turned 16( i was not driving and it was my moms car) and i got article 29. well two weeks ago i was blamed for stealing an ipod touch and alot of money. what so ever they have no proof i took it. there was no attourney present when i was questioned. and on the surveillance they never saw me have anything. (this all happened in a locker room)
