Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

I got arrested last night in Ohio and charged with disorderly conduct. We were at a minor league baseball game that was on a hour rain delay and then got called. Some friends and i went to the infield and used the big tarp as a slip and slide after the game got called. What are my options? Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure that the charge is not a criminal conviction. If it says mm on it then it is a minor misdemeanor and not a crime. If it is charged as a crime then you will have the right to a lawyer. Do not rush thru this. Feel free to call me directly 216.952.1990. I'd like to know what's written on the game ticket and whether there were any signs up about not going on the field. Also, were you asked to leave and did you upon the first request? How many others were doing it? For how long? How many other spectators were there?

Being guilty of disorderly conduct is easy since all you have to do is annoy someone or be something of a nuisance. Depending on all the specific facts you could ask for a dismissal at your costs, just make certain you are not convicted of a crime.
