Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Assult??
My husband in an RN and engaged in a sexual act with a pt in the Er. She was an overdose pt and had one leg restrained. She says it was in exchange for him giving her morphine, he says it was for him being nice to her. It went to local police and they sent blanket off and got semen and now did mucal swab for dna. I would like to know what exactly he can be charged with, worst to best case and what type of sentence he might expect to get.
