Do I need attorney or not
Summon #1 to appear for Engaged in a conduct & created condition that presented risk of harm to self or others. Also, Summons #2 Recklessly & by force resisted and interfered with a lawful arrest. Don't remember what happen at all. I was taken to hosp & released. Im 19 never been arrested before. Should I get an attorney to go with me to court? I dont have much money

You definitely need an attorney. The Court may appoint you one if they determine that you cannot afford one.

I always tell people they should have an attorney with them when appearing in court. However, the first time you appear for a criminal matter the Court will ask you whether you have money to hire an attorney. If you inform the Court you do not have the money to hire an attorney, the Court will appoint an attorney for you.
