Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

MY BROTHERS SON COMMITTED A SEXUAL RELATED CRIME WHEN HE WAS 15, WAS CHARGED AT 17 AND FOUND GUILTY, BECAUSE OF RESTRAINING ORDERS BY EVERY FAMILY MEMBER(NOT JUST THE GIRL) BUT HER MOTHER FATHER AND BROTHER HE HAS BEEN TOLD IF HE IS WORKING AND ANY OF THESE PEOPLE COME IN THAT HE MUST LEAVE, HE HAS BEEN TOLD HE CAN NOT ATTEND THE LOCAL COLLEGE EVEN THOUGH NONE OF THE PEOPLE INVOLED ATTEND THIS SCHOOL. wE ARE FROM A SMALL TOWN AND DO NOT MAKE ENOUGH FOR PROPER LEAGAL HELP. iS HE BEING RAILROADED AND WHAT CAN WE DO
