Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

hi i got charged with 2 counts of theft for two rifles but i never had two rifles and they never recovered any rifles. i was arrested in someones garage and i had nothing on me but a pack of cigarettes, i was charged with 2 counts of breaking and entering and two counts of theft of a firearm. the police went to my house and recovered a stolen camera which had very blurry pictures on it and thats the only evidence they have of any guns and i told them the pics on the camera are my dads rifles cuz he has three or four of them i was just wondering if theres anyway to prove that i didnt take those guns my appointed attourney isnt really helping much so i want to prove it myself but i need some proffesional advice so please write back if you have the time
