Why when I was arrested, my girlfriend Nicole wasn't? When the police came they arrested me, and about 1 hour after I was detained, Nicole came to bail me out with my two year old son Jamie. I signed a waiver, and then they had her sign one. The police said my bail was set at $2,000.00, And then they said the same to Nicole. So why wasn't she informed of being under arrest? Why didn't the police arrest her when I was arrested? And why wasn't she informed to call anyone to pick up Jamie?

The police are never required to tell anyone they are going to be under arrest...they need to be able to surprise people...so it's actually alright for them in many cases to lie to people directly. feel free to contact me directly if you need....216.952.1990
