Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

Criminal trespassing, vandalism, a threat.

Around 9:30 I looked outside and saw objects scattered in our front yard. So I immediatly went outside to see what they were and clean up the mess. Well I noticed found toilet paper in the trees and shaving cream in the mailbox, but the things that most troubled me were the 3 signs they left, the duck with the crown of thorns, and also the sign with a scripture on it. The signs read: --name removed--is fag'', ''Gay pride''(with a picture of 2 men having sex), and also --name removed--s ride''(with a picture of a bike). There was also a sign with a scripture on it, but I cannot recall the exact scripture except that it was from Jeremiah and said something like ''You were better off where you were''. Then there was a duck with a crown of thorns on it(I think it was mocking my religion). I'm not sure what to do, and I just recently transferred schools from a Catholic to a public school. I'm not sure what to do about this situation, I also wonder if I should return to me other school.

First, contact the prosecutor. Ethnic intimidation is a felony. AS to going to the other school, that is a client decision that you must weigh heavily.

Good Luck!!!!!
