Dismiss Dometic Violence Charges
On New Years my partner and I got into an argument after two much to drink. He punched the wall and his hand was bleeding and blood was everywhere. He did grab the front of my shirt at one pint and I was covered in his blood also. My 8 year old daughter saw and called 911. I tried to explain to the police that it was nothing but he was charged with domestic violence. Is there anything I can do to get this dismissed. The prosecutor will not return my phone calls?
