What type of custody does the father have now? Does he have joint custody? What type of visitation does he have, if any?

You can file for full custody in order to keep him away from your kids. However, he may still get visitation but you could ask that the visitation be supervised. At this point he has only been charged and has not been found guilty.

Feel free to contact me, free of charge, at [email protected] or at 330-447-7634. I would be happy to help in any way that I can. You will definitely want an attorney in order to get full custody of his kids.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Have a great day.
