Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I just found out that a gun shop that I was at last month stole my personal info and sold a gun to someone that isn't me under my name. Is there anything I can do?

Contact the BATF (Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco & Firearms) immediately! I'm an avid shooter and frequent a number of gun stores in the area and I am very interested to know what shop did this so i don't go there anymore.
