Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Me and my two friends stole 178 dollars worth of costume jewlery at jc pennys in ohio and they are taking us to court for it. what will happen it is all of our first time and we what to know if we will end up in D.H or just get a fee or probation. we are are all extremley worried we are all 14.

Depends onthe circumstances. It is likely that you will be placed on probation if you show remorse to the judge and are not likely to repeat the offense.
