Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
what are ground for a vehical search i crossed white line on road and got pulled over and search personally then he searched my car but on jan 31st i got arrested for pot possesion and paraphniala thats when he found more weed papers and roaches that i assumed werent there since i was searched the last time and beleived my car should have been clean so what can i do in this its my second offense
