what can i do
my husban has a warrent for demostic volince and assult and child endergerment and he has a aresst warent and we has a baby on the way and he did not do it what can we do to lif the warrent?

Your husband should talk to an attorney. If he qualifies, he should ask the court for a public defender. If he does not qualify for a free attorney, he needs to retain someone. Domestic violence charges are not to be taken lightly. The first offense may be a relatively minor matter, but if he gets charged again he could go to jail or worse. In any event he definitely needs an attorney, especially if he did not do it!
