need info about setence reduction
I want to go to american civil liberberation because the judge nor the procutor didn't take under consideration of the fact my brother had never been in any trouble before. and for everycharge he got the max.it was a drug charge but, madatory 10 yrs is harsh for a first time offender. Murders get less time I've seen it. What can I do? It's a waste of tax payers money I think.
